The Ramsay Hunt Syndrome Foundation (RHSF) is a 501(c)(3) organization founded in 2024 to elevate the care and improve the lives of all patients living with RHS.

Promoting awareness of RHS: Ramsay Hunt Syndrome (RHS) is the second most common cause of facial paralysis, yet diagnosis is frequently missed or delayed increasing the risk of long-term complications. 

​

Promote patient and physician education: We are providing open access information to help prevent misdiagnosis and ensure proper treatment and provide guidelines informing providers how to recognize and treat RHS. 

​

Phase I: The RHS Foundation will serve initially as an online resource for physicians and patients to help improve early diagnosis and treatment of RHS. We are actively recruiting volunteers to help us grow our organization. See the ‘Contact Us’ page if you would like to join our mission.

Phase 2: The RHS Foundation will undergo outreach to attract more patients and providers to share our mission.

Phase 3: We will establish in-person meetings for patients and providers and develop support networks for patients.
